Description: Being mindful is not something difficult to do. The difficulty is in remembering to be mindful because we forget again and again. But once we keep practising and keep trying to remember, we find more and more that the mindfulness comes back to us, as if on wings, by itself. It then becomes more and more effortless. We just can’t help but being mindful more and more often. In other words we create a new habit — the habit of being mindful; we substitute the old habit of unmindfulness or mindlessness with one of mindfulness or awareness. How wonderful — to be able to be naturally mindful!
